MBA Classes at RPSIT

After the publication of engineering result I was in college to get my documents from the college and felt like end of the relation with college as now I was just an alumni not a student. Also after joining CDAC it was almost an end of my academic career for now, I was really messed up with things and emotions. Meanwhile I met HoD of MBA Department and found something interesting. All the decisions I have ever made were taken in seconds or minutes so this one too. By end of that day I was again a student of the RPSIT.

The college is running for a long time but MBA course was introduced few years back. Being a new department challenges and opportunities are endless. I guess one month has been passed since classes started, we had a mixed experience with teachers some are great, some are not-so-great.

According to my opinion there is a need of change in methodology of teaching, and I am very hopeful to see this change in couple of weeks. The best part of this institution is 'we never say no to any positive change'. One of the notable aspect of teaching and faculties is the effort to generate entrepreneurial temperament among student and leadership.
Apart from learning global business theories and models, we also focus over local contemporary business issues. I like everything, but at the same time I find a huge scope of betterment and up-gradation in quality with the help of connections, technologies and honest effort of both students and college.
